RefectoCil Lash & Brow Tint 2.1 deep blue

Deep blue lash tint with a high proportion of blue. Only effective on blonde eyelashes. Contains phenylenediamine.

Care and Storage

Store at room temperature. Keep out of direct sunlight. 

Application Tips

Mix 2cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid (or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Creme).  Leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired intensity.  Remove tint and rinse with cold water. SENSITIVITY TEST should be carried out 48-72 hrs prior to treatment.
